I often get asked about the best skincare regimen for my clients, and while it does vary based on age and skincare issues, it's so important to find a good skincare routine and make our skin health a priority. Skin Care Regimen:

  • Benzoyl peroxide decreases P. acnes bacteria

  • Retinoids, such as adapalene, (differin) gel, unclog pores and reduce oiliness

  • Salicylic acid eases inflammation and unclogs pores

  • Chemical peels , a series is very effective in clearing up acne

  • Microneedling/Micropen to combat scarring

  • Blue and red light devices
