Different Styles of Permanent Makeup Eyeliner

The goal to permanent makeup eyeliner is to create the look of how you like to wear it and what accentuates your eyes. Different shapes, styles and colors are the key to adding highlight and symmetry to the eyes.

Top or Bottom Eyeliner

Top or bottom eyeliner is an option if you don't want both. Many times bottom eyeliner will tone down a bigger shaped eye and inversely, can "close" a smaller eye. Top eyeliner defines by give a beautiful contour of the eye without making the eye appear smaller.

Average cost =  $300 (Price includes a 60 day touchup)

Top and Bottom Eyeliner

The most popular procedure for the simple reason that it outlines our eyes and gives our face a brightening effect. Many color options are available as well as thin, medium, to thick eyeliner options.  However you wear it, Erin can create the look that accentuates your natural beauty!

Average cost = $400 (Price includes a 60 day touchup)

Eyelash Enhancement

The most natural eyeliner! This type of eyeliner is for someone who has smaller eyes or that doesn’t wear a lot of eyeliner. It is a series of little dots that go in between each eyelash, making the lash line look fuller, thicker, darker.  The eyelash enhancement gives the illusion of full lashes without looking lined or like obvious makeup.

Note: If someone gets permanent makeup eyeliner, they automatically get the eyelash enhancement with it.  Otherwise, there would be a gap between the eyeliner and eyelashes.

Average cost = $350 (Price includes a 60 day touchup)

Mucosal:  Waterline

Mucosal Eyeliner is the inside waterline of the eye.  It’s a subtle eyeliner but adds a dramatic brightening effect to the eye.

Most popular mucosal pigment is French White. It’s a Hollywood trick to add white on the waterline to open and make the eyes look bigger.

Bright colors on the mucosal accurate eye colors. Black pigments on the mucosal closes a bigger shaped eye but adds a sultry effect.

Average cost = $300 (Price includes a 60 day touchup)

Healing of Permanent Makeup Eyeliner

The eyeliner is the easiest procedure!  It’s healed in 3 days and you can wear your mascara after the third day as long as you have a new tube.  Immediately after the procedure, the eyeliner will appear dark, thick and bold.   You will want to apply ice to your eyes to bring down the swelling after the procedure and the following day.  Over the next three days the eyeliner will crust over and you want the crusts to not dry out. Erin will give you creams to wear until the crusts come off. You do not want to pick or aggravate the eyeliner until the crusts come off.  Otherwise, it can affect the color. A 60 day touchup is included in the price to enhance the eyeliner if it needs to be darker, lighter or if a piece chips off. The eyeliner is perfected during the 60 day touchup. Before Erin starts the procedure, there is a little bit of paperwork, but she will go over before and after pictures, colors, shapes, sizes and the whole in ‘s and out’s of permanent makeup!

Eyeliner takes around an hour and a half. The longest part is letting the numbing cream set and going over details about the procedure. Take Tylenol 30 minutes before your procedure.  If you wear contacts, bring your glasses with you.

Erin's office is at W Facial Aesthetics, 13904 Quailbrook Dr. in Oklahoma City on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. To schedule an appointment, please call/text 580-761-1237 or use our online booking system https://www.vagaro.com/erinmeieraesthetics.
